Truffles, how you have intimidated me. For years I’ve looked on, watching savvy dessert lovers create perfect little orbs of chocolate covered delights, always wanting to try my hand at it but never quite taking the leap. And then – Hallelujah! – a friend passed on a Gingered Cherry Truffle recipe, and I was hooked. Truffles are one of those sweet treats that seem difficult to create, but in actuality are oh-so-simple.
